As one of four RN Occupational and Employee Health Coordinators, based in the Dayton Ohio area, and reporting to a senior manager for Network Employee Health, your mission is to facilitate the employee health process as the central liaison and conduit for internal and external communication. In this team leadership role, your keen skills will be called upon for evaluating clinical performance, outcomes and care metrics while coaching, leading and mentoring your team of nurses at various hospitals and physician care facilities. Your strategic thought leadership will also help shape the Network’s employee health program with your valuable input on standardized processes and preventative measures that aid in the reduction of injury incidents. Skills, Knowledge, Experience You Offer: As an accomplished occupational and employee health professional you are recognized for your high touch communication with your team and patients. Other requirements include: Registered nurse, state of Ohio Three years plus occupational / employee health experience Prior staff management experience Knowledge of current federal, state, and local laws, OSHA standards, CDC recommendations for health care workers, and HFAP standards is required CPR (BLS) certification Understanding of organizational HR policies Strong Microsoft office skills- Excel, Word, PowerPoint Ability to use good judgment, discretion and to handle confidential employee records appropriately Excellent written and verbal communication skills Work independently with minimal supervision and autonomy Critical care experience preferred BSN preferred (or achieve within five years of full-time employment) tuition assistance available!
